操作步驟 1、開啟小包裝，取出一次性使用直腸導管套裝； 2、先用注射器的外圓錐頭對準充注裝置的充注閥接口將定位氣囊內余氣抽出，同時，準備適量的生理鹽水備用； 3、使患者呈左側屈膝臥位，對準肛門，將直腸導管插入(插入前應將直腸導管的頭端及定位氣囊涂抹石蠟油或其他潤滑劑)； 4、直腸導管的插入深度一般在12cm~15cm，插入具體深度可根據臨床需要和臨床經驗，由醫師確定； 5、當插入深度確定后，進行外固定，便可用注射器抽取產品標定氣囊公稱容量約15ml生理鹽水，對準充注裝置將定位氣囊充盈，以便使其定位； 6、上述操作步驟完成后，便可進行清洗、灌腸、排氣； 7、如需收集分泌物和體液等，可將引流袋的引流管接頭插入直腸導管的導管接頭； 8、收集廢液時，一定要低于肛門水平位置； 9、術后處理，將直腸導管的定位氣囊內生理鹽水抽出，通過肛門注入一定量的石蠟油或其他潤滑劑將直腸導管輕輕轉動及拔出直腸導管。
Procedures 1. Open a small package and take out the disposable recta catheterpack; 2. Aim the outer cone head of a syringe at the injection valve connection to suck the remaining air out of the positioning air bag and meanwhile prepare appropriate amount of saline; 3. Ask the patient to sleep on the left side with the left knee bending, insert the recta catheter into anus(before insertion paste some paraffin oil or other lubricant onto the tip of the catheter and the positioning bag); 4. Normal insertion of the catheter is around 12cm~15cm.Any particular length of insertion shall be determined by doctor in accordance with clinical requirement or experience; 5. When properly inserted and fixed, then use a syringe to suck 15ml saline equivalent to the nominal volume of the air bag, and fully inject into the positioning balloon through the connection to position it; 6. After the steps above, cleaning, lavation and exhaustion can be conducted; 7. When collect excretions and body liquids, insert the connector on the drainage bag into the counterpart on the catheter: 8. When collect liquid wastes, it must be lower than the anus; 9. For post surgery treatment, suck out the saline inside the positioning bag and inject some paraffin oil or other lubricant through the anus, slightly rotate the catheter and pull out.
