● 甲狀腺手術時，將下環直接置入。
● 乳腺手術時，按照以下步驟使用：

● Please follow the steps below at breast surgery: |
● 講置入環（下環）的一部分反轉抬起，通過外環（上環）的中間向上拉出，置入環在外環內形成傾斜而成高跟鞋狀。
|
| ● 將已形成高跟鞋狀的置入環的下側頂端插入切口，一邊使其與胸壁密合，一邊緩慢的擴張到切口內。最后按置入環的后端部反轉而插入切口內。 |
● 把指尖從切口插入，抓住位于胸腔內置入環的一部分，由切口取出。當指尖達不到時，用取出器具等從切口部位拉住置入環的一部分取出，注意不要損傷組織。

| Preparation for installation |
Reversely rotate a portion of the inner ring (lower ring) to lift it and pull it out through the middle of the outer ring
(upper ring). The inner ring is inclined inside the outer ring to look like a high-heel shoe. |
● Insert the end of inner ring which is shaped like a high-heel shoe into the incision while closely touching the
chest wall and slowly expanding inside the incision. Finally push the back part of the inner ring to make it reversely
rotate to be inserted into the incision. |
● Insert fingertips through the incision to hold a portion of the inner ring inside the chest and pull out. When
fingertips cannot reach it, use a tool to grasp a portion of the inner ring through the incision to take it out without
any harm to the tissues. |
